Trusts, wills and powers of attorney

From drafting a simple will or power of attorney, to the establishment of complex trust arrangements, our team provides our clients with the peace of mind that their legal affairs are in order and that their assets are appropriately protected.

The Property and Personal Client Team has extensive experience advising on trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other asset protection and succession issues.  The law surrounding these areas is constantly evolving (through litigation, legislation and tax developments) and our team works with clients to ensure their assets are both safeguarded and dealt with as they wish for the future.

We work alongside other experts within the firm to provide advice on potential Family Protection Act and Relationship Property Act issues as they relate to trusts and wills, and also with accountants to ensure wills and trust arrangements are implemented in a tax efficient manner.
