Our Property and Private Client Team offer a broad range of legal property services, assisting clients who are buying, selling or developing residential and commercial property, negotiating leases, changing banks, or need other specialist property advice. We also offer advice on asset protection and succession issues for straightforward matters, like drafting simple wills or trust deeds, through to more complicated matters, like putting in place multi-generational succession plans and administering complex estates.
Our Employment Law Team offer advice on all aspects of employment law, from entry into a new job contract and advice on existing employment arrangements, through to advising on personal grievances and other employment based claims.
Our other experts, in the Business Law Team and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, can offer targeted advice in their areas to individuals and families.
Privately-held and family-owned businesses present a unique range of legal and commercial issues, and we have a long history of working with successful families and business owners, supporting and advising them on a wide range of business and personal issues. Our Private Client team works with our Business Law Team to support and guide business owners with their personal, family and business legal needs.
