People and businesses with a dispute

1

It is almost inevitable that, at some point, you will encounter issues with a contract or the people or businesses you deal with.

Every day we make promises or enter into agreements or contracts with other people. This can be as simple as a discussion or a handshake to a more complex commercial contract. Each time we do this, we are taking on a range of obligations and risks.

It is quite easy for an issue to turn into a dispute and, if not handled properly, it can involve significant stress, time and cost.
