Caroline Harris

Caroline is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She provides both corporate and private clients with practical and realistic advice in a variety of matters including business and contractual disputes, property issues, construction, insolvency and debt recovery. She has experience in the District and High Courts as well as settling disputes through alternative means of dispute resolution such as direct negotiation and mediation. Caroline is a Member of the New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute,the New Zealand Society for Construction Law, and INSOL New Zealand.

Kim works in Darryl King’s team and is a qualified senior legal executive. She works across the full range of commercial and property work and has a special interest in working with large and complicated estates.

Zandra Wackenier

Zandra joined Jackson Russell in 2006. She is a senior family lawyer with over 8 year’s experience. Zandra leads our family law team and has experience in all aspects of family law. She appears regularly in the Family Court and has appeared in the High Court. A number of cases in which she has appeared as counsel have been reported in the New Zealand Family Law Reports. Zandra is also an author of various chapters for Thompson Brookers Family Law Service.

Greg King

Greg is experienced in all property, company/commercial and asset protection matters. He has acted for property developers in all aspects of acquisition, development and disposal of commercial and residential sites and commercial leasing.
Greg's diverse client base includes small and medium sized companies, private individuals, family trusts, trading trusts, property developers, property investors and overseas clients. He is also a fluent French speaker and represents clients from France, New Caledonia and Tahiti.
Greg is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales as well as in New Zealand and he is also a member of Auckland Rotary.
In his spare time, Greg is an active sportsman and keen swimmer and regularly plays soccer and tennis.

Catherine Lintott

Catherine has extensive experience in family law work. She was a partner in a prominent Auckland law firm in the 1990’s and then gave working full time in the law away for a few years during which time she did consultancy and criminal law work.
Catherine returned to family law work 2 years ago and joined Jackson Russell in December 2009 to cover Zandra Wackenier’s parental leave.
Catherine participates in the Family Violence Court at the Auckland District Court on a weekly basis under the Duty Solicitor scheme. |
