Mark is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist.  He has expertise across a broad range of the law including commercial negotiation and litigation, resolving business and contractual disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, construction and leaky building claims, insolvency, receiverships and liquidations, resource management and insurance.  Mark has acted in a number of leading cases and delivered excellent results for clients.

Mark is an Associate of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ), a Member of the New Zealand Society for Construction Law, a Member of the New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute and INSOL, a special interest section of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants.
