Richard has been a partner of Jackson Russell since 1966.  His areas of practice are wills, commercial advice, property, trusts and trust and estate administration.  In recent years Richard has developed expertise in respect of off shore as well as New Zealand trusts with contacts in Geneva, Jersey, London, Isle of Man and Florida.  Richard is also a Notary Public and President of the Auckland Society of Notaries.  His services as a Notary are increasingly requested with Auckland's many immigrants and the globalisation of trade.
