Richard Wilson, one of our partners, is a Notary Public. A Notary Public is an officer who holds an internationally recognised public office. Notaries prepare, attest, authenticate and certify deeds and other documents.
Clients often require notarial services when dealing with foreign transactions. A notary’s signature and official seal on a document renders the document acceptable as proof of the matter attested by the notary to judicial or other public authorities in the country where they are to be used.
