Institutions

1

We appreciate that institutions are often developed by clients with a particular purpose in mind, and we take care to understand the policies and philosophies underpinning our clients’ objectives.

Jackson Russell has worked extensively with a broad range of charitable, educational, religious and arts institutions, organisations and societies. We help guide them through a wide range of legal issues.

We have several long standing charitable trust clients, for example one dates from 1883 and another from 1894. We are especially proud of our continuing association with them.

Several of Jackson Russell’s partners and consultants are trustees, or board or committee members of a number of charitable trusts and other institutions and incorporated societies.
