Stephanie is a lawyer in Jackson Russell’s Property and Private Client Team and has a broad range of experience in property related matters as well as private client work.
Stephanie joined Jackson Russell in 2020 after having worked for 5 years as both a law clerk and then a solicitor in a well-reputed central Auckland boutique law firm with a particular focus on property law. Stephanie has earned degrees (LLB Hons and BA) from the University of Auckland and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in November 2017.
Stephanie has experience in providing end-to-end solutions for a wide range of general property matters. She is client-focused and personable and enjoys working with a wide variety of different clients. Stephanie has experience in acting for vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties - including extensive due diligence reporting, acting for property developers in refinancing, acting for landlords and tenants in leasing transactions and disputes, easement issues, drafting and advising on wills and enduring powers of attorney and acting on unit title matters for both bodies corporate and unit owners.
Stephanie is the treasurer of the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association; sits on the board of trustees of St Ignatius Catholic School; and is a member of the Auckland District Law Society, Property Council NZ, and the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society.
Stephanie speaks fluent French, having lived and worked in France with her family for several years. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, as well as taking sailing lessons.
