Xanthe Mowat

Xanthe is a lawyer in Jackson Russell's Business Law Team. Xanthe specialises in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, leasing, privacy, franchising, and general corporate and commercial law.

Xanthe assists with a broad range of legal services for business clients, including intellectual property protection, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, privacy, and franchising. 

Xanthe is friendly, approachable and enjoys helping our commercial clients with a variety of legal issues and transactions.  

Xanthe studied at the University of Waikato for the first two years of her degree and then transferred to Auckland University of Technology. 

Outside work, Xanthe enjoys spending time with her friends, outdoor rock climbing and surfing.
