Caroline has broad experience in advising corporate and private clients on a range of disputes. She is experienced in the areas of commercial litigation and property related disputes, and has expertise in various dispute resolution techniques, including negotiation, mediation and Court litigation.
Caroline also advises businesses, liquidators, and receivers on issues involving security interests, directors’ conduct, the recovery of company payments and debts, and voidable transactions.
