He is experienced in all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary and performance management issues, personal grievances, health and safety, and the aspects of employment law relevant to business acquisitions and restructuring.

Glenn’s areas of specialisation are the management of employee performance and misconduct issues including disciplinary investigations and personal grievance hearings; the employment law aspects of business acquisitions, divestments and restructuring; exit packages; advising on restraint of trade and confidentiality; health and safety and human rights; discrimination, accident compensation and education law. Glenn also has a background in civil litigation.
Glenn is a highly regarded and pragmatic lawyer able to advise on all aspects of the formation of employment relationships, from recruitment through to documenting employment agreements and service contracts, as well as dealing with problems when the employment relationship has broken down.
Glenn has had extensive experience in helping employer clients manage difficult problems such as employee theft or fraud, breach of intellectual property, unlawful competition, sexual and racial harassment and bullying. Glenn regularly attends Mediations and represents clients in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court, and the High Court.
