Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in assisting various types of businesses with their legal needs from their beginning (including incorporation of new companies, drafting constitutions and providing advice on structuring), helping them with their legal needs while they are in existence (including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, providing advice on restructuring and with mergers and acquisitions) as well as with sales of businesses and windings up.
Jennifer has law and arts degrees from the University of Auckland and began her career in New Zealand, before moving to first Melbourne and then Sydney. While in Australia, Jennifer worked in various roles including 2 years the State Revenue Office of Victoria, working for a boutique firm focused on property and commercial work (with a special interest in start-ups) and at a mid-tier firm assisting charities with their commercial and governance activities.
Jennifer returned to Auckland to enjoy the New Zealand lifestyle and be closer to her family. She enjoys travel, cooking, a range of different fitness activities such as HIIT and reformer pilates, and spending time with friends, family and her very spoilt dog.
