Morgan joined Jackson Russell in 2023, having worked most recently at a well-regarded regional general practice law firm. Originally from the United States, she holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 2013. Morgan’s professional experience is diverse and includes legal work for both public entities and private companies, both in New Zealand and internationally.
Morgan can provide pragmatic and comprehensive advice and assistance on a wide range of property and private client matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, easements, cross leases, subdivisions, ‘off the plans’ purchases, financing, commercial leasing, retirement village occupation right agreements, trusts, estates, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. Morgan truly enjoys being a trusted advisor for her clients and helping them achieve their goals, and she greatly appreciates Jackson Russell’s commitment to excellence for its clients, many of whom have been with the firm for generations.
Morgan is a member of the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association and a Trustee of the Hawke’s Bay Children’s Holding Trust.
In her personal time Morgan enjoys spending time with her young family and two dogs, outdoor activities such as surfing, hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing, and travelling both within New Zealand and to far-flung destinations.
