Nick joined Jackson Russell in 2022, after working with a suburban general practice firm where he assisted clients in a wide range of general property and commercial matters. Nick was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2020 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Victoria University.
Nick’s experience covers all aspects of general property and private client work including residential and commercial conveyancing, property sharing agreements, subdivisions, commercial leasing, retirement village occupation right agreements, advising on ‘off the plans’ purchases, enduring powers of attorney as well as general trust and estate matters.
Nick relates well to people from all walks of life and enjoys the opportunity to help clients achieve their objectives. Nick’s easy manner, coupled with his background in general practice and ability to provide pragmatic legal solutions, positions him perfectly to support clients with all of their property related matters.
Outside of work Nick enjoys playing a range of “social sports” including Golf, Cricket, Football and Basketball, as well as spending time with family and friends and walking his dog.
