The seminar will be a practical session to get you up to date with the recent changes and what you need to do to comply. It will cover the following:
  • Basics of cartel laws
  • Implications for you and your business
  • How to assess if the cartel laws apply to what you are proposing
  • Risk areas to watch out for.
Who should attend:
  • Senior management
  • SME company directors/owners
  • Procurement staff
  • Compliance officers
  • Staff responsible for negotiating commercial contracts and arrangements
  • Accountants.
If you would like us to run this session as a training session for your team, please email reception@jacksonrussell.co.nz
